Stipulation Requirements & Tips
- Mortgage statements must be dated within 60 days of credit application, reflect at least 1 borrower + the install address, and the mortgage cannot show as delinquent.
- Locate the homeowner’s warranty, grant or transfer deed in the home closing documents package.
- For new home purchases, an unrecorded deed and final closing disclosure with recording fees listed are acceptable.
- Upload photo or scan of all the pages of the deed. Usually this is a 1-2 page document that is on legal sized paper.
- The deed will show that home ownership was conveyed to the loan applicant who will be named as the “grantee” and will include the legal address of property.
